PURCHASE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Product:
Any Blair Singer media or print product (e.g. CDs, books, learning systems, etc.) in its original condition may be returned to Blair Singer Companies for a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) days from the original purchase (does not include the cost of shipping). The original receipt or online order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

Digital downloaded products are non-refundable.

A missing item or damaged product fee of 15% will be applied to any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition). Any product that is returned without promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., Special Report, promotional CD) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

Other Items:
Purchases made through third-party vendors (e.g. Amazon, etc.) are subject to that vendor's specific return and billing policies. In these instances, you must contact the vendor directly for support and inquiries regarding their policies.

Credit Card payments:
When your transaction has been completed, a receipt for your purchase will be been emailed to you.

Blair Singer reserves the right to refuse any return.

Seminar Cancellation Policy:
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute participant is always welcomed or you may transfer your enrollment to an approved Blair Singer company program. All changes to registration must be received in writing to [email protected] or 15650 N. 83rd Way, Suite 103, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Attendance of the program is to be completed within one year of original program registration. No refunds will be given, no exceptions.

Virtual Training Academy Cancellation Policy:
To process a cancellation, please go to www.blairsinger.com/cancel and enter your name and the e-mail address you subscribed with. Your subscription will be cancelled within approximately 30 minutes from the Virtual Training Academy. You may restart your subscription at a later date by visiting www.bsvta.com. No refunds will be given if cancelled during the billing cycle, no exceptions.
